Revitalize with Yoga and Mindfulness Easter Retreat
Our Easter weekend luxury retreat will take place in the Gran Hotel Benahavis Spa ,
in Southern Spain , 50 km from Malaga airport , 10 to 13 April 2020 .
Gran Hotel Benahavis spa is a 4 star luxury hotel, which is located away from the
Marbella coast, only 5 minutes walk from the picturesque mountain village of
Benahavis. There are stunning forest and river walks from the hotel. Hotel consists of
luxury double rooms. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, minibar, direct
telephone, LCD TV with satellite channels and safe deposit box. The bathrooms
include shower/bath, hairdryer and a wide range of welcome amenities. The hotel
has a luxury lounge area, elegant restaurant or al fresco eating area on the patio.
There is also a large Yoga/ Meditation Hall, small, well equipped gym, and beautiful
spacious grounds with the heated pool and loungers. The luxury Spa on the premises
has a heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.
Mirka started yoga practice in Iyengar Yoga Institute in Maida Vale, London in 1990
and in 2005 embarked on Iyengar teacher training. Before setting up yoga retreat
“Yoga Holiday Paradiso” in 2010 in South of Spain, where she currently teaches, she
taught in UK. Mirka is a Yoga Alliance UK registered and accredited Senior Teacher.
In her teaching, Mirka encourages mindful and reflective practice of asanas. Such
practice allows for deeper exploration of mind-breath-body relationship, enhancing

Hagen is a doctor who worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist in a variety of settings but
always in a holistic manner. Hagen has practised meditation for many years. He
started teaching mindfulness in 2012 whilst working in Toronto. He has been teaching
mindfulness in the UK since 2014. He is trained to teach mindfulness-based cognitive
therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction. He is recognised by the UK
Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training and listed on the international

Schedule of the retreat
Clients should plan to arrive on Friday, 10 April 2020 preferably in plenty of time
before the first Mindfulness Meditation session at 5.00 pm followed by dinner at 7
pm. The checkout time will be on Monday at 12 pm, after morning yoga class
followed by breakfast. You are welcome to stay on the premises of the hotel and
have lunch at 2 pm (which is included in the price of the retreat).
Mirka will be holding morning Yoga classes (8:00 to 9:30 am) where we will be
practicing asanas with a different focus every day.
Hagen will be holding late afternoon classes Mindfulness classes (5:00 to 6:30 pm).

Retreat price per person in Euros
The price for the retreat is 690 euros per person which includes 3 yoga classes (90
minutes each), 3 Mindfulness sessions (90 minutes each), accommodation in a
spacious twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 3 daily vegetarian/ vegan buffet
meals, and all the drinks, use of the gym, pool area. The use of the luxurious Spa for
an hour each day is also free for our retreat guests.
If you would like a twin room for yourself only, there will be single occupancy
supplement available for additional 100 euros
